Balance Mass Gainer Protein is high in Branch Chain Amino Acids (Isoleucine, Leucine and Valine) needed to maintain muscle mass and to replace those lost during intense exercise.
Directions for use:
Add 75g (approx 6 level scoops) to 400mL water (or whole milk) and shake or blend until mixed. Can be used up to three times daily. For a meal, take 2 x 75g serves in whole milk.
